By accessing ShotSelect Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply to the catalog, educational pages, contact tools, Fallows, cart, and related content.
2. Educational purpose
ShotSelect Studio provides general educational material about photography gear selection. Course information is not a guarantee of a particular creative, commercial, or technical result. You remain responsible for evaluating equipment against your own needs, compatibility, budget, and local requirements.
3. Catalog and cart
Prices and course descriptions shown in the catalog are for the current website release and may change. The cart is a local planning feature. A confirmation in the cart does not constitute payment, enrollment, a contract for delivery, or a purchase of physical equipment.
4. Local features
Fallows and cart entries are stored in your browser. You are responsible for the device and browser profile used to access them. We do not promise that locally stored information will survive a browser reset, device change, or storage restriction.
5. Intellectual property
Site text, course structures, names, visual presentation, and original materials belong to ShotSelect Studio or its licensors. You may read and use the material for personal learning. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, publish, or create a competing course from it without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use automated activity that places unreasonable load on the service.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but the service may be changed, interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, ShotSelect Studio is not liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on general educational information or local planning features.
